If she was egg bound, did the egg finally come out? If so, she should heal up and eventually lay again. Give her some time.

Also make sure she is getting enough calcium, because lack of calcium is the most common cause of egg-binding. The hen needs calcium to make the shell, and also for her muscles to be able to contract to get the egg out. If she is calcium-deficient, her bones get weak and her muscles don't work right. The easiest way to give her calcium supplements is to give her crushed oyster shells, which you can get at the feed store. Also give her fresh greens if available. Clover is high in calcium -- I throw my lawn clippings (with white clover in them) into the chicken yard. Just be sure there are no pesticides or herbicides on the lawn to poison your chickens.

As for her keeping herself separate from the other chickens, that's normal. Chickens will pick on a sick bird, so a chicken that is not feeling well will keep her distance from the rest of the flock. Once she recovers, she should re-join them. If not, she will still be Ok. I've got a couple hens who are "loners" -- they forage alone, but come back to roost with the flock at night.
