Why not call them up and ask? I've found that checkups for my previous cockatiel cost me $70-100 at various vets. It's very commendable that you're bringing your bird to a vet for a check-up, too many people fail to do this and end up having their bird "suddenly" die from something that could have been preventable.
One suggestion I have to continue being a responsible owner, is sit down right now and think about how much you'd be willing to spend should something be wrong with your bird. I bought my first cockatiel for $65 (US), didn't blink at spending $100 for yearly checkups, and decided that I wouldn't hesitate to spend up to a thousand dollars should she get sick. This helped my peace of mind greatly when she DID get sick and I had to spend $800 attempting to help her. Sadly, her illness was kidney failure, which is fatal and not curable, but at least I had already thought about the money beforehand so I didn't have to worry about that while there were so many other concerns in my head.
