Okay I depends where and what kinda cage it is ask a vet PLEASE YES! The same thing happened to my blue parakeet, and I had to break the cage to get it out, but it ended up dying 3 lays later from internal bleeding in the brain. Good luck.

Hope it helped. I hope not,cages aern't cheap. haha poor thing. my stupid parakeet got his head stuck in his cage but lucky he was not hurt. he was climbing up on top up sidedown and saw something shinny. he wiggled around a bit but broke free. stupid bird

if a bird's head did get stuck in a cage (depending on the type) if left alone YES he could get hurt. he probbly panic and then either get really skinny and try to slip out. if he does that then there might be burrsings. OR worst he could panic and snape his neck and end up in the big birdy tree in the sky. talk to your VET
