Oh goodness. You need to take her to a vet and have her checked out and see how big the pups are. Since you do not seem to know what got her pregnant this could be a horrible deadly situation. Chihuahuas are a toy breed and if the male was very much bigger than her she may need help. As far as how many pups she will have most Chihuahuas only have a couple, although the one that we fostered that came to us pregnant had 5 pups and the vet said that was a huge ltter for a Chihuahua her size. She is very petite. So I strongly suggest getting her to a vet ASAP and have her checked out. How old is she, if she is under 2 that increases the risk of problems to her. You also need to make sure that you get her to a vet no more than 72 hours after she gives birth but in a Chihuahua or any toy breed I would say no more than 24. It would be depends on the dog?
