If she was bred by a larger dog, say a Boston Terrier or French Bulldog, she may not be able to whelp the puppies by herself.
She could die from "puppy overload."
This means that she will need a c-section.
Don't wait if she is this big... go tomorrow ! IF you have time !
If her temperature drops to 99 or below, and maybe you saw her water break making a little puddle, and she is in labor and pushing and panting and nothing happening for 2 hours - she needs help and FAST. . . . even in the middle of the night !!!
