My dog starts to drool and walks..

After he starts drooling a lot he walks around with his head down smelling everything to see where he is going and when i call him he doesnt react or ..

He may have gotten into a toxin or have a Nuero problem.. You need to have him seen by a Vet as soon as you can.

There are so many things it could be.. there is nobody out here who can without examining your pooch tell you what it is and nobody should try.

If so he's a gonner, take him to be put out. Your dog is aging already. Could be having epileptic seizures. Consult your veterinarian. Medication is availabe. He may be trying to smell a female in heat. I dunno nah, I bet he's just caught a scent. Sometimes when my dog is out in the yard, she'll go and sniff, scratch, roll in the dirt, etc, and won't respond unless we tell her to stop.

I wouldn't worry about it for now.

Have you tried a bath? He might of had sex with a hooker and caught gonneria. It may be a stroke. Take it to the vet and let them evaluate your furry friend. might be rabies. i highly recommend seeking a vet how old is your dog? does he stand with his head against a wall? does he seem confused? check his gums, are they pale? eyes sorta yellow? this sounds like it could be liver problems. take him to the vet, get his ammonia level checked. this is not a joke but my dog did this after she licked up bird poop from the deck outside.no kidding.it made her dizzy for almost 24 hours..i would have to agree that if this doesn't stop after a nice cool bath then take the pooch to the vet..and make sure it didn't get into any beer (alcoholic drinks) or any kinds of soaps or cleaning fluids cause if it did forget the bath and take her to the vet asap old age i would say, and probably partially blind. I had a pet that did this..alot! I took her to the vet, and after tons of testing, he told me that she was mentally challenged. This is not a joke, it's for real. He told me that all animals have some members that are smarter than others and some that are more challenged. He said in the wild, the challenged ones would not live long, but, because she was domesticated, that it shouldn't shorten her life span at all.
