Try kennel training her. Put her in a kennel, take her out every 30 mins, when she finally goes, don't put her back in, she will get it! Always take her out after she eats and wakes up. Yeah, I don't like to do that either. I have 2 small Maltese that don't like going outside either. So we decided to litter train them. Yes, they actually have dog litter. Another thing you can try is long walks. If you walk them long enough they will have to go. Walking stimulates something in them. one would hope
