Fish or meat is flesh.flesh rots in a short period of time..the exposure to the sun intensifies that! So I would say that something like that has the potential to poison an animal or a human! yuck- I would think so.. Well assuming fish spoils when left out in the sun, probably. Only if it was left out for a LONG time. More than likely it would just make them sick. well since its a meat and being in the sun that long would make it spoil, it would make any animal or human sick and risk food poisoning. since a dogs immune system is different than ours they most likely wouldn't be able to handle the sickness and their body would shut down.

dogs, cats should not be eating any type of human food or food bought for humans as our food is processed with high amounts of salt and preservatives. over time these will kill any animal. its why they make cat and dog food in the first place. No Unless the pet is elderly or has a suppressed immune system, it isn't likely to harm the pet..But, it isn't worth the risk, either..

Canned sardines would be safer than fresh sardines. I doubt it.dogs eat garbage.rotten stuff..diapers full of poop.and they don't die. Yes.it is..
