my maltese bites me even though ..

Brief：
she is only 2-4months i only had her for 4 days. She bites all my famliy members and we all tell her NO everytime she starts biting. my friend told me..

She bites all my famliy members and we all tell her "NO" everytime she starts biting. my friend told me that making the puppy lay on it's back,making her legs face me, will make her think that i am her boss and will not attack and listen to me but instead it starts biting me a lot more and harder like it is trying to fight back,everytime I say no it fights back. I know that it is teething but isnt it too much of biting. when she bites my hand,feet,clothes i give her, her toy to bite on instead but still bites me instead of the toy..What should i do..i am very worry that if i dont train her now she will bite anything and anyone when she is an adult. I am worried that it will be a habit. Please help me i am very worry that my parents would give her away because she bites. If she doesnt bite she is the cuttiest thing on earth.Please PLease Help me! And thank you for reading my situation and answering it, Probably it will help me a lot.

Spraying stuff on hour hands ..uhhuh..well.and how long do you keep up smelling repulsive? GIVE HER A TOY? Great, you have just rewarded her for nipping. And forget time outs or distract the little darling or anything else.

Teething is NOT the reason puppies nip. Whoever came up with that theory is clueless .
