My next door neighbour moved in 2 years ago, realised I had a terrier then bought herself a rabbit rather than run this in a pen she chooses to let th.. 

My next door neighbour moved in 2 years ago, realised I had a terrier then bought herself a rabbit rather than run this in a pen she chooses to let the rabbit run loose in the garden, while my beddlington licks her lips at the other side of the fence. Needless to say we are not on speaking terms - how do the pets sort it out?

let the dog eat the rabbit. you can't control what she does on her side of the fence, and she can't control what you do on yours. does your dog have to be in the backyard? When she lets her rabbit out in her garden bring YOUR dog inside if it bothers him. It's not her problem it's yours. Perhaps a pen for your dog might be the answer. You could make it so your dog can't see through the fence Both animals know they can't get to each other, the terrier is frustrated and the rabbit is laughing his head off. Accidently let the terrier loose; this will change the rabbit and your neighbors attitude. She has as much right to have and house her rabbit the way she wants to, as you have the right to have and house your dog the way you want to. Be the mature one here; offer to buy your neighbor a hutch or move your dog to a different part of your yard and stop the feuding. Keep your dog on your side and hopefully she keeps her bunny on her side. Remember if your dog gets loose and gets in her yard and hurts her rabbit, you legally can get sued. I have seen it on those court shows. I hope it works out okay. Let the dog eat the rabbit..Serves your neighbor right!! well if 1 of u have a front yard then put 1 in fornt yard or 1 in back if dat dont work TODARN Bad thats there property its not urs Let the dog out in the yard and beat up her precious rabbit if the garden is in your yard. That will teach her to let it loose. Just be sure you warn her that the garden is in your yard and you'll be letting your dog outside to go to the bathroom, etc. If she still allows her rabbit outside the pen.
