I'm guessing from your question that you a talking about a young dog. Some breeds continue to grow until they are two years old. A visit with knowledgeable staff person in a store that sells animal products would probably be of great benefit. You might also want to have you vet check a stool sample for worms, which can be quite easily treated. deworm? your pet may have a medical condition that you are not aware of. Take him/her to the vet for a check-up. put it to sleep Why do you want her fat? If your vet thinks her weight is ok, then she's fine. If it's a dog under a year old, she should still be on puppy food, it's higher in calories. Also, you can switch to a higher quality food (I like Solid Gold Hundenflocken). Take a stool sample into your vet & have them check for worms & etc.. what type of dog do you have and have you taken it to the vet? it could be worms or it just could be specific to the breed (some are skinnier than others) the pet might stil b in the growin stage with a high metabolism eitha that or it might b sick take it 2 the vet and u shouldnt want the bet to b fat u want it a decent size but with defenition I have a dog with the same problem so we took him to my grandma who breeds dogs for a living and she told us that it could be a number of reasons we have his problem but she said the best way to fix it is change the dog food to a high protien dog food(the best we found is Ol'Roy High Performance) and everytime you feed the dog also add table scraps that are left over from dinner or out of the fridge.That should help. Have her checked for worms. take your dog to the vet asap it could have a seriuos stomach condition LMAO!!
