Get the horse out in a pasture or turnout with other horses.
It is cruel to keep horses isolated because they are a very social animal.
PS- It's PACING not "passing" or "pasing".
You could at least try getting a donkey or goat or some other compainion animal. Dont worry she is probabley just nervous give it another 2 months then you might wanna take her out of the place with other horses then if she doesnt stop maybe call a vet Young horses are very, very herdbound, and get very stressed if taken away from other horses. I once turned a yearling out in the pasture and left her alone for a few minutes, because the horse she normally went out with had broken her halter. By the time I found another one that fitted, the yearling had actually worked herself into a sweat!
Get the poor animal a companion ASAP. This is very stressful for her. Get a goat Horses are herd animals Sometimes you can find a shetland that is free to a good home, Would make good company and cheap to feed Can she see any other horses?
If she can... they are herd animals, get the picture? Pasing of a horse usually indicates boredom. She probably needs a jolly ball , a toy that goes in the stall that they can lick and play with. Also along with boredom is weaving so if you see her weave she's definately bored. Hate to tell you this but she will always have this behavior now and when she gets stressed she will resort to this behavior out in the field or stall. Only happiness will stop her but remember, as soon as she gets upset she will pace until her stress is relieved again. If you cannot afford another horse right now then get her a buddy like a goat. She is alone and does not like it. Pacing or running the fence or stall will result in abnormal hoof growth so be sure she visits the farrier often and or she may needs shoes. Her weight will become a issue and she will suffer physicaly if this keeps up. Horses do deserve a buddy but there are ones that will be fine without another horses in there life. If you can not supply a buddy for her my best advice to you is sell her to someone who can provide the right company for her to ease her mind mentaly.
