Its hard to pick just one but based on what I own at the moment, I would have to say a water dragon. Its a lizard thats really green, gets to be 2-3ft long, and is almost like a bearded dragon. My water dragon is about 9 months old and he's a lil dear. I love him to death and he's always so cute!

As far as favorite that I do not own(but plan on owning come september) is a Sugar Glider. I have seen them, pet them, etc and now I want to own one. They are the true 'pocket pet' and thats awesome. They're really adorable too.

Thats my opinion though. I dont much like dogs. They're way too high matinence(peeing on floors, vet bills over $1000, its crazy!) I think probably a dog. Because they will always take attention, they will play with you and are great guards. My dog is my favourite, then my guinea pigs (I have 11). They are much cuter, smarter and friendlier than people think. I hate it when animals are underestimated by people who have never owned them and have no real clue what they are like. I like cats, easy to care for and independent! Cats are the only way to go. They're not high maintenance, they dont take much attention, and they can be so loving and fun to play with. On those nights when you dont want anyone around a cat can make you feel loads better. They are also great pets to have on your bed while you sleep, they give you a sense of security that cant be given to you by any other pet. i have a guinea pig and she is soo cute and cudly. shes a bit more work but she is so funn.
