1)They're too expensive and it's unnecessary. It costs about thousands of dollars for ONE. Where I live it's not extremely cold to be wearing those. Sure, I'd understand when people kill the animal when they use up the hole thing(or almost), for survival, when there's no other option, and those kinds of reasons. I'm against it when people do it for fashion, vanity, greed, power, and anything like that because fur farmers just kill the animals simply for the fur and throw the bodies away. Who eats meat from those animals that get killed for fur. For example: when is it intensely cold to be wearing realfur coats in Texas?

As for PETA,sometimes I agree,but not always. No offense.

I wear leather, and I eat meat, eggs and dairy. My car has leather seats, I wear leather belts, my wife has leather handbags from Coach, I carry a leather wallet. My dogs wear leather collars and I walk them with leather leashes. Harvesting livestock for their fur is no different.

I have no problem with that. your completely right. no ne should wear those fur coats unless it's some kind of survival tactics - in that case it wouldn't even be about the style. no animals deserve to die just cause a selfish human wants that expensive coat. its like rich losers wearing them? but yeah an animal doesnt deserve that -you can buy jackets that will keep you warmer and could still look good Now i'm not a fanatic about not wearing fur, i dont mind it, i mean some days i do have my days where i rather stick with faux, but i like real fur, its just really beautiful, on or off an animal. YES, preferably baby seal No because I think a fur coat belongs on the animal it came from and not on a human. I agree with most (I'm a PETA member, all the way, and I LOVE the ALF) of your statement.
