I have been feeding my Chinese water dragon goldfish for about two year now. I have set-up a smaller aquarium inside the bigger one. he just helps himself to the fish. Hi, Yes I think it would be a very bad idea to keep those two types of fish together, the dragon fish would kill your goldfish in short time. Keeping dragon fish is o.k. if you keep them solitary. Goldfish are quieter and don't tend to fight that much, but mix them and wow, not good. good luck, especially to your goldfish. Why would you do that? its cruel, dont do it!!please! Unless the feeder fish are healthy then this shouldn't be much of a problem. Feeding water dragons mice/fish is an excellent supplement of calcium. Just don't go over board with the mice. yes it should be fine. water dragons will eat anything that is alive that it can swallow. i feed mine pinkys(baby mice)all the time Dragons prefers mice. it probly would be a smart idea to call someone that knows about reptials and reserch the chinese water dragons diet. it should say i hope i helped,

Do you people have any idea just how many parasites feeder fish carry? Get a clue and stop feeding your dragons this trash!
If you want to feed a dragon fish, raise the fish yourself, this way you know what goes into and out of the fish, your system is clean (of course if you KNOW how to care for fish properly)
try guppies or mollys.
In the fish hobby people that really know their chit dam sure don't feed those nasty feeder fish to their large predatory fish. You risk liver disease from the massively high fat content in feeders. yes indeed
